Miracles come in many different forms. Who would have guessed that 16 boxes of recycled glasses that Steve and Susy prepared for shipment in a container being sent to Mongolia by George Maybee, a Denver Rotarian, along with books he was taking for school children in the rural areas, would ever arrive, given the lack of cargo moving off the dock during the pandemic? Last week, almost three years later, we suddenly received a message from our Lions contacts in Mongolia and from George that they had connected and George had delivered the glasses to be used by local doctors the Denver Den team had trained and worked with during our projects there. Just so amazing!! Not only that the glasses finally arrive, but after all this time, the people connected. What service!!
