Peggy and ### from Woodland Park - Pikes Peak Lions brought $$$$ processed glasses to CORLEC to add to our inventory. We can utilize the inventory as we are receiving requests from international campaigns.
One of the goals is to have additional automatic lens analyzers that can be loaned to clubs to process glasses and then be inventoried.
The image below is one of the Gaylord shipping containers. These containers are filled with glasses that are shipped to Respec for recycling. We ship four Gaylords every 2 to 3 months. East Gaylord weighs about 500 lb. It was not for the Lions' recycling
program these glasses would go to the landfill
