Woodland Park / Pikes Peak Lions (MD6-SE) hosts Corn Hole Tournaments.
They have a fall and winter season and have just added a spring league that plays indoors at our golf course. The leagues last eight weeks, and players pay $50 for the eight weeks—pretty cheap. They also have sponsors. They started using the application Scoreholio. They used to have paper slips for the players, but this eliminates all that. We sell 59/50 tickets. They had 81 players for winter and 54 for spring. They play on Wednesdays. 6:00 is warmups, and they start at 6:30 and are usually done by 7:30. Then they have after-games for $10, and the winner splits the pot. They provide the boards and bags. This is a major fundraiser for the club. They have gained new members through the Corn Hole League. What a great fun idea. Lion President Peggy Brown
