Lion of the Year - Bill Martin

This year's Lion of the Year is Bill Martin. Bill has been a member of the Denver Den since he was sponsored by Lion Ed O'Brien in 1989. He has been a very involved member, having served on the Board of Directors 1995-97. He has also served twice as a Foundation Trustee, 1999-2002 and 2014-2017. He was a Savio House Trustee 2004-2008. Presently, he is Foundation Treasurer and has been very valuable in that function in getting the numerous bills paid every month in a timely and efficient manner. I know because as Chairman of the Sight Committee I am constantly sending him bills to pay. It was definitely my pleasure to name Bill Martin this years Lion of the Year.
