- Born and raised in Cincinnati, OH
- He owns his own company Rathman Consulting & Coaching, Inc. I focus on executive coaching (transforming and evolving your career in leadership, communication, delegation and strategy) as well as Talent Management (improving engagement and performance)
- Hobby or interests - travel, meditation, reading, hiking
- Joined the Denver Lions because….I transferred from the Atlanta Lions. I joined Atlanta Lions to volunteer in the area of sight. Prior to owning my own company, I held an HR leadership role with Luxottica Retail (Lens Crafters, Sunglass Hut, Pearle Vision). During my time at Luxottica, I went on several vision clinics / missions. For the Lima, Peru clinic I led the coordination of Onsight roles and responsibilities for a team of 35 volunteer associates.

- What three words best describe himself - Spiritual, Flexible, Joy
- A couple of bucket list items - travel to Australia, Iceland among other places; live and immerse myself in another culture.
- When I was a child, when he grew up I wanted to be - An attorney - which I did accomplish as I graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, passed the Ohio bar and worked for Procter & Gamble for 5 years in international and domestic tax planning and compliance
- My biggest accomplishments- During my career I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to have numerous different roles in finance, legal, collegiate athletics, adjunct professor, human resources and executive / life coaching.
- What else should we know about you? I have found assessments very interesting and insightful as a way to know myself better as well as how to adjust to others based on their communication behaviors.
