The Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute Foundation (RMLEIF) is conducting this survey to measure awareness and understanding of the Foundation. We are sending this survey to club Presidents and Secretaries in Lions District 6C and asking them to forward it to their club members. One survey response received from Lions in your district will be randomly selected and the club listed on that survey will receive $150 from our Foundation to help support the club's vision programs, which helps us advance our mission. A similar survey is being conducted in District 6SE. The survey has already been completed in District 6NE, where the Loveland Downtown Club won $150, in District 6W, where the Redlands Club won $150, and in District 15 (Wyoming) where the Sheridan Sundowners Club won $150.
