Savio Committees Need Help

Savio needs volunteers for several committees.   If you are interested contact Norma Agular-Dave at Savio

 

Fund Raising and Public Relations – needs significant help.  Their  goal is to plan an event once a year that raises funds for savio.  For example, one non-profit has a group that runs the beer tent for big Denver event.  They receive several thousand dollars for their service.  We would like to group to identify a task and then implement it. 

 

Program and Personnel – responsible for reviewing program and personnel issues and policies.  Together with the Budget and Finance Committee review the budget submitted by the staff and make recommendations to the Board on salaries, expenses and benefits.

 

Endowment – Supervise and report to the Board on the performance of the fund.  Meet with the investment group once a year for a report of returns.

 

Budget and Finance – Primary function is to review the proposed budget discussed above.
