I started at the Alzheimer's Association in August of 2021 and my current position is Senior Program Manager for Denver metro and southwest mountain areas. We offer wonderful classes to the public and support groups for caregivers, all free of charge. Most of us know someone who has been affected by Alzheimer's or another form of dementia. In my free time I hang out with my husband, kids and grandkids. I still occasionally offer wellness coaching, classes, retreats and workshops on many topics.
