YOUR FOUNDATION We are helping a person learn to live without their eyesight, thanks to the efforts at the Colorado Center for the Blind. We hand-delivered a $2,500 check to them to help pay for Bill's training, which starts next month. We considered this to be part of the Social Services budget since we are helping a specific person learn to live with a handicap, to hopefully once again be able to practice medicine as he did before his heart attack. He is receiving additional support from Fort Collins Noon Club and other sources to close the funding gap for the training. We received a tour of the facility and were quite impressed with what they do to teach the blind how to live, read, and work. They actually have a woodworking shop there where students learn to use power tools to build and repair things!
Please donate to the foundation to help continue all its good work
