I am writing to share an essential update for our international convention in 2025.
Many of you looked forward to attending our 107th international convention in Mexico City. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen challenges, and after lengthy and ongoing efforts to secure contracts with acceptable terms that provided the confidence we needed to host a successful convention in Mexico City, we are announcing a change of venue for our international convention.
While we are disappointed to share this update, we are excited to announce that we have secured a wonderful new site in Orlando, Florida, U.S.A., for the 2025 international convention. The event will be held from July 13 to 17, 2025. Updated registration information will be provided to Lions as soon as it’s ready.
Orlando is a magical city renowned for its exemplary hotel accommodations, traveler-friendly airport, and world-class convention center. The city is also famous for its wide range of entertainment, including iconic theme parks, trendy shopping, and great restaurants, making it one of the top destinations globally.
We are incredibly grateful for the city of Orlando's partnership and collaboration, and we’re already working together to create an incredible convention experience for you.
International convention is a moment like no other, and I look forward to seeing you all in Orlando, where we will truly make our mark together!
