Becca Rando

As Archway’s Philanthropy Manager, Becca is responsible for streamlining the fundraising process, seeking and pursuing new funding opportunities, and fostering relationships with existing and potential funders. Prior to joining Archway, Becca spent 2 years with the State YMCA of Maine, spearheading their communication and fundraising efforts.

Becca received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder, and, in her free time, she enjoys going to the gym or going for a walk, watercolor painting, and trying out new restaurants and cafes with friends.

 

Archway Communities builds and manages communities where people can afford to pursue their goals. Established in 1974, Archway Communities is a nonprofit affordable housing developer and service provider with the mission of elevating lives by providing access to affordable housing, food security, and the supportive services people need to thrive. Archway serves over 1,700 residents across 10 affordable communities in Colorado. In addition to affordable housing, Archway provides a comprehensive supportive service program at no cost to residents, including weekly no-cost food programs, employment support, skill-building classes, community engagement events, youth enrichment, and more.
